Crisis management is a tool, which is discovered in the management arena recently. Crisis management has many functions, which includes managing after crisis and forecasting crisis. It is a wonderful tool, which also helps in dealing with unexpected crisis situations by helping organizations in categorizing the nature and the cause of the crisis.
Crisis is an unexpected event, which can occur anytime anywhere and can cause a huge damage to an organization. In order to avoid and manage if damaged, we used crisis management to perform tasks that will minimize the damage and finally recover as fast as possible and this would also include best security training. The damage caused by the crisis can be in the form of monetary, lost of life or natural. In some cases, it can occur naturally in the form of fire, natural disaster, explosion, flood or earthquake. This type of crisis is known as sudden crisis.
Basically crisis is unpredictable events that cause huge loss and damage to an organization. To take immediate measures to minimize the damage and to recover speedily cause from the damage caused by crisis is known as crisis management. Crisis management concentrates on rebuilding after the damage and assuring the public of the quality of the products. It mainly focuses on the ways to tackle the situations. Apart from all this features, crisis management also provides accurate information to the public through media, shareholders and builders in order to move faster to get a better long-term result.
The contingency plan to build up completely might be difficult but forecasting crisis and preparing for a solution helps a lot in the long run of international security.
